About Akihito Kirisaki

Hi, I’m Akkie ✨
My handle name is “Akihito Kirisaki.”
My mottos are “Take breaks, idiot, Yay!!”(Note: This is a silly Japanese wordplay.) and “Impulse-Driven Life.” I tend to live life on pure momentum. My hobbies are drawing, programming, cross-dressing, and touring on my motorcycle. I live in Inage Ward, Chiba City, and was born in Nagai City, Yamagata Prefecture—a land of noble barbarians.
Drawing
There was a time when I made and sold doujinshi. I’m not that good, though.
Programming
This is what I do for a living. My favorite languages are Haskell, Erlang, and Forth. I say I like statically typed languages, but two of those clearly aren’t— I’ll admit that contradiction. I dislike Python and PHP. I also like low-level programming; I can write C as well. I’ve never really touched Java, so that culture is a total mystery to me.
Cross-dressing
I often wear women’s clothing. If I lose some weight, I’d like to wear Lolita fashion again.
Motorcycle Touring
I’m what they call a “distance gobbler.” It’s not unusual for me to do 1000 km day trips. I’ve done ridiculous rides like going from Chiba to Lake Suwa and around Lake Biwa in one go. My current bike is a Kawasaki ZX-4RR. It’s only 400 cc, but it revs insanely high and is scarily fast.
